I feel i got dupped into agreeing to accepted the hundred dollar gift card after my purchase of a new ipad and the magic keyboard. I see my credit card was billed for the hundred dollar gift card and a twenty five dollar gift card

The promotion is that you get a Gift Card with the purchase. You will see it billed as:
The result is exactly like what you would expect where you get the Gift Card with the device purchase no matter how you see it billed. The reason why it is billed that way is because you can return the device, but Gift Cards are not refundable and you may have even made purchases on the Gift Card amount. When returned you would get the reduced price of the device refunded and the Gift Card is still yours because you have paid for it.
For example, a promotion with a $2000 device that includes a $200 Gift card would be billed as:
Without the promotion you would have paid $2000 for the device and no Gift Card.

That is the deal being offered and the deal you received.The advertised price of the device was not a reduced price, it was the regular price with a Gift Card. You are looking for a different promotion such as a 10% off deal or something like that. You are not speaking to Apple here, so they will not hear your request for a different type of promotion.
There is a Feedback link you can use, although there is nothing specific to promotion feedback, so you would have to choose the device and then in the Comments of the Feedback explain your displeasure in the promotion. The only thing we can do here is explain why you see the promotion billed as you did.
The promotion was actually pretty clear and you received the Gift Card with the purchase. It is just the way that it was billed where some did not understand it and thought they get both the reduced price of a device and a Gift Card on top of it.
Forget the so called gift card idea, if the product is being reduced in price for what ever the reason "Black Friday," discontinued or what ever list the before price and the now price and be done with the gimmicks.
