Album and artist artwork missing in iCloud Music Library on Windows 11 but present on mobile devices

I recently made the transition from iTunes to Apple Music on my Windows 11 laptop device. I have a lot of my own mp3 music in addition to an Apple Music subscription. Initially, the artist and album artwork mostly transferred, but the file indexing wasn't correct, so I deleted my entire iCloud library and re-imported by local music collection to my library. All the album art and artist profile photos are no longer present in Apple Music for Windows. They are still available in my mobile devices however. And even new albums or artists that I add to my library from Apple Music don't appear in my Windows Apple Music app but they of course show up in my mobile devices. Please help me fix this. thank you!
