У меня iPhone 15 Pro на гарантии. Батарея изнашивается ненормально быстро — минус 1% ёмкости каждую неделю, телефон греется и работает нестабильно.

Авторизованный сервис в Казахстане отказывает, ссылаясь только на 79%, игнорируя фактический дефект.

Прошу эскалацию к старшему специалисту и рассмотрение замены устройства, так как проблема не связана с обычным износом.
