iOS 17.7.10 online connectivity issues.

I recently updated an iPad 6th gen to iOS 17.7.10. After the update there is an internet connection issue. I have reset all settings and cleared all safari data. There is also no VPN being used and the iPad worked on this network before the update. The iPad will go to Apple.com and browse that site without any issue. When trying to use any other site I get the message seen in the screenshot I posted. No apps that use online data will work.
