How do I fix an iPhone that won't turn on, keeps vibrating, and stops when holding volume and power buttons?

I have no idea what to do my phone was charging and suddenly it wont turn on the screen is black no matter what i do and it keeps vibrating weirdly every second and only stops vibrating if i hold the volume buttons and the power button all at the same time
