Apple Music library not syncing on Windows PC

Hi! I've encountered an issue where Apple Music doesn't seem to be working on my Windows PC all of the sudden.

I have a Windows 11 machine and an iPhone 13, if that changes anything. The app and my library work perfect on my phone but it doesn't on my PC.

My issue begins when I open the app, it shows two playlists that are long gone but nothing else, the rest of my library is no where to be found. A little banner on the upper part of the screen saying that the "Sync Library" setting is off. I turn it on and as it loads my stuff, it shows a message saying that an error occurred and that I should leave the app. Take a look at the attachment.

I don't know what to do. I've already done the standard procedure: sign out and in, resetting the app from Windows's settings, uninstall and install; but no luck.
