iPod touch not syncing with iTunes

I have recently got a new laptop and tried to sync my itunes content to my ipod touch but the sync function doesn't work, any thoughts please? The laptop is running windows 11.

Install the correct version of iTunes

Windows 11 requires two possible iTunes versions:

✔ Microsoft Store version

✔ Standalone (Apple website) version

Important:

Many iPods do NOT sync with the Microsoft Store version of iTunes.

If you installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store → uninstall it and install the full version from Apple:

Download from Apple:

🔗 https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64

Then restart your PC and try syncing again.
