Mac Mini M4 pro will NOT sleep

Mac Mini M4 will NOT sleep,

I have tried many of the suggested solutions, Activity Monitor, others logged on etc nothing works!

Also on Lock Screen, I have this

Why is password immediately greyed out?

Im certain because the Mac Mini will not lseep it keeps the monitor on, or more accuratly turns the monitor back on, very frustraing never ever had this issue with intel iMac!

Originally you said that the "Mac Mini M4 will NOT sleep"

Your later descriptions is better, but still lacks some detail.

When it does sleep, how long does it sleep before it wakes up...?

If it does not sleep or immediately wakes up..?

It could be anything from mouse movement, a USB device or a background process.

If it sleeps for a while and then randomly wakes up...?

It could be anything from Network access to a connected USB device.

1) Test and use "Computer Sleep" from the drop down menu.

For Automatic computer Sleep, review and adjust your Energy settings.

2) The default setting for the iPhone Mirroring App is preventing you from changing that setting to Never.

Open the iPhone Mirroring App on your iMac and change the setting to "Ask every time"

Then reset "Require password after screen saver begins or display is turned off" to the desired Time or Never.

Note: The Energy and Lock Screen settings are slightly different depending on the Mac model and macOS version.
