• A particular reminder in the Reminders app?

Consider the sentence “I never said he stole money.”

• It will have six different meanings depending on which word is emphasized.
• It will have six additional meanings if phrased in the form of a question.

I agree with KiltedTim. Set it up and turn it off. Just because you set it up doesn't mean you're obligatred to use it.

The simplest way to deal with it is to set it up, then change the settings so it's not actually used for anything.

If you don't want Face ID on, do NOT turn on stolen device protection.
