iPhone 14 Plus Camera Suddenly Stopped Working

I can no longer take photos with the front camera. The selfie lens works and when in apps such as WhatsApp I can take a photo using the rear lens. When in the app the screen keeps freezing and when pressing the shutter button nothing happens apart from the yellow live icon briefly appearing. The ‘live’ option is turned off and camera is failing on 0.5 & 1.0 zooms.

I have forced a restart. Closed the camera app and restarted. Performed an iOS update. Checked storage (18 gb left). Removed protective. Performed ‘Reset all Settings’. Launched my phone across the room.

None of the above works the camera is still not working but everything else on the phone ok.
