Note that to restore from a backup, you should have to have a backup from before installing the beta software.

That is the only way to immediately remove the beta. You will need to borrow one or go to an Apple Store and use one of theirs if available. The only other option for you is to turn off Automatic Beta updates at Settings > General > Software Update, then wait for the next official release version and install it when available.
