Can I return my MacBook Pro trade-in at an Apple Store

I have received trade-in kit for my macbook pro, but the kit was damaged. can i go to a apple store dirctly and handover my macbook pro? or do i have to do it only through mail-in kit?

If the only damage was that they did not include the return label, check the shipping label on the box very carefully.

In most cases, they send you a peel-able address label, and the return label is UNDER your address.
