How do I access Peacock app content after bundling with Apple TV?

I recently switched my individual Apple TV and Peacock accounts and got the Apple TV + Peacock bundle. When I log into my Apple TV account it shows that I have the this bundled subscription but when I go to Peacock it tells me I have to upgrade to watch what I was able to watch before. Is there a certain way I have to access Peacock once bundling them?

If you got the bundle through the Apple TV app, then you access Peacock through the Peacock channel in the Apple TV app. You won’t see anything on the Stand alone Peacock app.

You’ll also want to cancel the subscription through the Peacock App, so you aren’t double billed.

their website list it as an available on the appletv platform along with ipads, iphones and the likes

if you attempt to view it on a say smart tv which only have an app that support appletv+ and expect it

to show peacock material also then that could be the culprit

Thanks. That does work on my phone, but on the TV I don't have Peacock listed as one of the available channels. Am I overlooking something?

Peacock isn't listed as available on the TV, but I can get to it on my phone without doing anything. There are other channels, but no Peacock.
