How to resolve iPhone Air graphics glitch in 2018 Mercedes GLC infotainment?

iPhone Air causes graphics glitch in 2018 Mercedes GLC infotainment. Mercedes doesn’t have a fix and said must wait for Apple to provide fix or buy Apple cable USB-A to USB-C but Apple do not sell. All Apps have the same glitch but screen is fine if not connected to my phone. TIA

Apple does sell Beats Brand (owned by Apple) USB C to USB cables --> Charging Essentials - iPhone Accessories - Apple
