Quick Actions Lit in OS 26.1 is Empty
Using an M4 iMac and OS26.1 - Not sure when this happened but the "Quick Actions" list when right clicking on a file is now empty. Previously I had been a frequent user of the "convert to pdf" and "combine to pdf" actions. I've restarted the machine to no effect.
