A renewed subscription won't allow me view shows.

I suspended Apple TV+ in early August before the price increase. It was subscribed through Google and suspended for 3 months. I received notification and a payment receipt from Google and my credit card company for $9.99+tax and my subscription was Active but when I login to Apple it says my subscription was canceled. Attempts to find out why have returned nothing of value. Because I suspended my account before the price increase does this mean I have to start a new subscription at $12.99 per month?

This isn’t a customer service forum . You can reach out directly to Apple by calling the Apple Support phone number for your country or region. Find the number for your location

Or cancel the Google subscription and subscribe directly through Apple in the Apple TV App. Then you will be able to use the service on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID you used
