Critical Database Error: iPhone 16 Pro Max warranty expired in 2007

Hello, I have a brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and your system is showing the warranty expired in 2007. This is a critical database error. I need to speak to a Senior Advisor or a member of the Agreements Administration Team immediately to have my purchase date manually corrected using my proof of purchase."

If you believe the information shown for your product is incorrect here --> Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support then you can submit your proof of purchase online

Your sales receipt is needed for Apple’s Limited Warranty, AppleCare Protection Plan, and AppleCare+ validation, so be sure to keep it in a safe place. Apple’s Limited Warranty is the same whether or not you register.

A Glitch in Apple's Device Database?

I would contact Apple Support, asking them if there is a glitch in their user database. You should not be getting this message, if it is an official device.

Thank you for the clarification. I know the Administration Team is unlikely to contact me based on this post, but I’m desperate. My iPhone shows a model number starting with ‘5XXXXX,’ which does not match Apple’s standard formats (M, N, F, or A). I’m concerned it could be a region-specific variant, a non-official replacement unit, or an unauthorized refurbished device. Since Apple Support is not accessible from my country, I have no way to verify its authenticity, which has left me extremely worried.
