importing into Foto unknown mistake

after I updated my iphone 13 pro to ios 26.1 , all pictures takes with the telephon are nor possible to be imported into foto app of mac iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Monterey . I can see and modify them in orthe mac softwares ( luminar ) but cannot be imported ( either jpg . mov . or heic ) : in a word nothimg can be imported from my phone
