How do I fix constant freezing on replacement Apple iPhone 16?

Apple iPhone 16 constantly freezing even after replacement device.

my apps and safari are still freezing after Apple gave me a replacement device due this ongoing issue with my first phone. I’m having to shut down and restart my phone several times a day
