Turn off Liquid Glass on Mac Studio?
How do I turn off liquid glass on my Mac studio? I find it visually distracting and difficult to see menu items when they become transparent. I don't need to see what's behind the menu.

System Settings > Menu Bar, turn ON the option to show the menu bar background.
You can also set the Liquid Glass appearance to Tinted to reduce the effect.
If those aren't enough, go to System Settings > Accessibility > Display and toggle the options to reduce transparency (try that first) or increase contrast (that one forces reduce transparency to be on, as well).

Thanks for the suggestions. The only setting that removes it completely is Increase Contrast, which creates a world of ugly that is totally unacceptable. I'm going to submit a feature request to enable us to turn off the liquid glass transparency completely.
