How do I disable audio modifications (volume and treble) on iphone 16 speaker phone in loud ambient conditions? Every search suggestion so far has menu choices I dont have. Thanks.

Equaliser options only exist in the chosen app, like Spotify, or in Airpods settings. Speaker is not considered a main music listening method.
I have ear damage and am sensitive to loud noises and higher pitched sounds. I can talk on my speaker phone no problem in a quiet envioronment but the minute I start driving and the ambient noise level goes up the speakerphone output starts getting modified to be louder with more high frequency content, presumably to overcome the ambient noise level but I want to disable this feature. My iphone 11 Pro did not do this. Thanks.
