My email is not loading from my email provider onto my phone. I get the message at the bottom of the screen"updated just now" but all the emails are not there . I have accessed my email account from my computer and several have not come through. This has been happening over several days now.

first action, delete the account from Mail Accounts in Settings, Apps, Mail
Add it back using only the email address and passcode, don't fiddle with manual server settings.
If that fails talk to your email provider.
