HDMI connector doesn’t work with ios 26.1

Ever since I update my i phone 15 to iOS 26.1, the HDMI adapter accessory no longer works. In most streaming apps I have no sound or no picture or both when connected to my pc obs studio. My brother has the same phone but is still running iOS 18.5. The adapter works fine with his. It is not the cable or adapter or tv that has the issue. Is this a known problem? (It seems to be after searching the net but not seeing solutions) How can I fix it?

RESTART the iPhone while the HDMI accessory is connected

This is currently the most reliable workaround.

Steps:

Connect HDMI adapter → TV/capture card
Connect power to the HDMI adapter (if applicable)
Force-restart iPhone:

- Volume Up → Volume Down → Hold Power until Apple logo

Let it boot while still connected

This forces iOS to negotiate HDCP correctly on first load.

No it still not resolve I connect the hdmi to capture card and then while connected force restart the i phone and still same picture come for 2 and 3 second and then gone and connection showing and after 2 3 seconds its gone and constantly this happen.

please help to resolve my issue.
