How to unlock disabled Apple ID and update payment method in Canada?
Hello, my Apple ID has been disabled with the message: “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.”
My previous payment method (card) was cancelled and I cannot add a new card because my account is disabled.
My region is Canada and I have a valid Canadian card now.
Could you please unlock my account so I can update my payment method and pay any outstanding balance?
