iPhone 16 Pro not receiving texts after update

I was able to get cellular data back by turning off the VPN on my phone: Go to Settings, General, VPN & Device management, VPN, Info for your Device VPN, turn off “Connect On Demand”.

I haven’t tried turning it back on yet to see if it has returned to normal or not.

Try to reset your network and if that doesn't work I get a hold of Apple support in the Apple support app

Reset your network and if that don't work get a hold of Apple support and if that doesn't work get a hold of your ISP and see what they say I have them do a diagnostic test on your phone yep that's it

That is not possible. The iPhone 16 Pro cannot support an iOS version earlier than iOS 18.

I haven’t experienced not getting texts but my apps will no longer connect on cellular data. Only Wi-Fi. Suggestions were to turn Airplane mode on then off again (no help) and blaming my carrier even though the problem started the day I upgraded the iOS.

It was actually released by Apple on November 3.

Wow looks like apples having problems with there 26.1 update is anybody having problems with the 26.1 update on an Apple watches ?
