Unless others with a similar issue reply to you here, we have no way of knowing for sure. We are all Apple users like yourself in the community, and we don't get to see the feedback sent to Apple. Apple is unlikely to see your post here.

You might want to check whether there is an outage: (a green dot indicates item is ok)
