Is there passcode protection for switching off the screen on lock screen? I really need this feature so bad, I lost my iPhone few days ago and the thief easily switched off it and i could not track it as it is switched off. Even android phones have this feature, Apple should bring this feature as soon as the next update
There is no such feature, nor is Apple likely to add one.
Thieves can easily block signals from turned-on phones by placing them in a special kind of bag. A passcode to switch a phone (Android or iPhone) off won’t help you then.

This is never going to happen. For one, if your phone locks up you would not be able to power cycle the phone to get it working again if the screen was frozen and you needed to input a password.
There are many ways a thief can block the phone from being detected such as using a Faraday bag or wrapping the phone in aluminum foil.
