Unable to increase volume on iPhone 17

i cant seem to increase the volume on my iphone 17.

First check Settings, Sounds & Haptics, Volume Limit is not low%

Then force restart the phone https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios
