i can’t update my phone last 3 years. Phone model iPhone 13 run ios 16.3.1 i don’t have computer

how fix this problem?

The update cannot be verified because you have your iPhone in Airplane Mode. It will not connect to the Internet using this setting, so the update will not occur as long as you have this setting enabled.

Have you really been using Airplane Mode for the last 3 years?

Turn Off Airplane Mode and make sure that the battery is fully charged.

No Sir, I haven't seen the update/verification process turn off Airplane mode even with mobile data. Nothing is work💔 I watching YouTube videos they suggested update with iTunes pc or Mac but I live in Bangladesh in a remote area don’t have computer

That is because the update process will not turn off AirPlane mode. You need to turn Airplane Mode off manually.

If a computer is required for the update, then you will need to find a friend with a computer.
