How to reset Apple Watch passcode, iPhone paired was stolen
Found my apple watch, oldest version. Unfortunately, my iPhone was stolen. How can I rest the passcode? Thank you

If you have proof of purchase, the official Apple Support can disable the Activation Lock for you:

If you erase the watch to reset the passcode, it will still be paired to the stolen iPhone.
