iPhone 13 Green screen flickering issue

I'm Using iPhone 13 recently I'm facing Green screen Flickering issue many are facing the issue I saw many videos related to it in YouTube Many users facing the same problem I never drop my device there is No physical damage and liquid damage too it's confirmed by iplanet care and they gave me job creation sheet aswell i approached apple support they didn't gave me exception for free replacment for the display ? but many users got exception but now apple not gave exception why ? May i know why that partiality
