Unable to leave private browsing mode in Safari since iOS 26.1 installation.

I am stuck in private browsing on my iPhone 13. It has been like it since I installed iOS 26.1.

When I press the “private” button to toggle it off the app it instantly sends me back to the Home Screen (it’s still ‘there’ when I look at the open apps but it’s like it crashes).

I have tried force closing the app and also restarting my phone. I have tried it with and without Nord VPN.
