Extending time phone rings before diverting to voice mail

hi, how do i extend the time my iPhone 15 Pro rings before diverting to voicemail? I use Aldi mobile which uses telstra network. i followed their instructions typed **61*101**30# pressed call and got a msg that setting registration succeeded but it still diverts to voice mail after much less than 30 sec. Thank you
