I recently found my phone after it was lost. When I got it, the back glass was completely smashed and fallen off. I try to charge the phone but it won’t charge past 0%. The phone has become very slow. My main problem is turning off the lost phone feature. When I unlock to phone to turn off the lost mode feature, it says to use Face ID. However when I click the Face ID button it doesn’t work at all. Please help me

If you're going to try to get an out of warranty replacement or a replacement under AppleCare+, just remove the device from find my at https://icloud.com/find
Otherwise, what's the point of turning that off? It's toast. Repair isn't an option.
If you can get past the lock screen, you don't need to turn of stolen device protection to offload your photos.
If you can't do that... well, you're about to learn a hard lesson about the importance of making regular backups.
