Reverting back to iOS 18, is it possible?
Is there any way to revert a phone back ti iOS 18; the 26.1 is a proverbial "dumpster fire". Absent reverting, when will an update fix the glitchiness of the phone?
iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26

Please tell us your problems, mostly it is the same as 18 but with enhanced visuals. If you cannot get on with liquid glass...
Either
Settings, Display & Brightness , Liquid glass, set to Tinted instead of Clear
Or one or more of these
Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text size, reduce transparency
Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text size , increase contrast
Settings, Accessibility, Motion, Reduce motion
Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text size , Display Borders
Liquid Glass - Love It Or Hate It - It's … - Apple Community
Sorry no, downgrading the operating system is not supported.
Also with iOS 26.2 still in beta, we cannot comment on anything found in there as it is a violation of the Terms for being a beta tester. It is currently in the final Release Candidate phase, but launch data has not been announced.
Thank you for the suggestions; I've incorporated them into my phone.
My big beef though is the slowness it has introduced in the responsiveness of the display...simply put, it has a glitchly feel to it. I've had an iPhoine for over a decade now and this, not to mention future similiar changes could make change.
