AppleTV sometimes buffers when starting YouTube

Hi. I have two Apple TV’s. One is attached over Ethernet to my router directly to my Hisense TV and one is streaming over WiFi to the same router with the AppleTV attached directly to my Samsung TV. When I try to watch the YouTube TV app on the appleTV boxes the one on the Samsung freezes constantly and the same occurs on the Hisense, just much less frequently. It previously worked flawlessly in my previous house 6 months ago without any problems. My Fios has been working just fine. I have a third AppleTV that so far is working fine. Anybody else have this issue?
