Tahoe created a Guest1 user that I cant get rid of.

Guest1 Login option appears after updating to Tahoe - and wont go away

I just updated to Tahoe and now I have my typical login with my name, as well as a new Guest1 login that has the default blank silouette avatar - but with weird pixelated color behind it. I cant get this to go away. I did open up Users and Groups and make sure that Guest User is off. There is no Guest1 (no space) option. I even tried turning Guest User ON and trying that and it then had THREE user options: Me, the new legit Guest User and "Guest1" was still there in all its pixelated oddness. Having turned the Guest User back off, it was removed as it should be, but Guest1 is still there.

I cant take a screen shot since Im not technically logged in yet, but i did take a pic ( I blurred my real user out a bit)

Anyone know what this odd Guest1 user is and how to get rid of it?
