iOS 26.2 – Where can i deactivate the shiny glass border around apps, icons and ui in the newest update now?
(i know about the transparency adjustments, i do not mean them, plz do not repeat)

If you are willing to put up with the side effects, go to Settings > Accessibility > Motion > and toggle on Reduce Motion. Keep in mind that this will only stop the borders from moving.
Go to Settings> Accessibility> Display and text size> and toggle on Show Borders. This will give the Liquid Glass a solid border all around.
