To turn off Hover Text, open Settings ➢ Accessibility ➢ Hover Text.
Tap to toggle Hover Text = off.

Thank you!! I fell asleep with my phone in my hand and when I woke up all the icons on my phone were ginormous. It took me forever to get my phone back to normal experience. I was so frustrated that I almost bought a new NOT APPLE phone. 🤣 SERIOUSLY… I thought for sure it was that **** icon. Thanks again. I wish I could give you a big hug. You saved my sanity!
now I need to figure out how to change my username on this community because Apple didn’t like it and they assigned me one that I will never remember and I don’t like it. Thanks again. You’re a true blessing.
