If Snapchat has banned you and/or your phone, only Snapchat can lift the ban. You can’t, we can’t, and Apple can’t.
Furthermore, the Snapchat Support site claims that if your device has been banned, Snapchat Support cannot lift the ban. Be prepared for the possibility that you may need to live without Snapchat.
That page is about the account being suspended. Here is the one that explicitly mentions device bans.
