iCloud terms and conditions in wrong language

Can I get Apple to answer an easy question fast?

I got the terms and conditions for iCloud in the wrong langage. iCloud is not a device and therefore does not appear on problem-fix lists Apple provides. Fixing this required a call to Apple Support to get the Terms in the correct language, but I am unsure the fix will bear fruit in the next information push since I was provided a link to the new information rather than the information itself. And I cannot fix the initial problem myself. Is there any way for a consumer to solve an Apple problem directly and easily? A corporate contact? Or must a solution to an easy question always take days of looking at how things are done at the device level before contacting a person who can provide an easy fix to a service problem?

A myriad of languages are readily available here: iCloud Terms and Conditions - Choose Language - Apple

If you cannot find your preferred language, I would contact Apple Support directly: Legal - Contact Us - Apple

Having Issues Doing So?

Fixing: "'Cannot Complete Action' when trying to accept new iCloud Terms & Conditions"

Update your Device***:

So, what's the device your are using here? I take it an iPhone. So, update your iPhone using a Computer, if doing so on the iPhone is tough. Use my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - Apple Community. Without the latest update, beta would work, but you'd have to downgrade, which is a step of its own. Elsewise, it's a matter resetting ti to Factory Settings.

***IMPORTANT: Be certain to create a backup of your iPhone prior to bring it in. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong after the reset.
