Apple Watch Series 10 46mm ECG app not working

I have a series 10 watch - 46mm watch with the latest updates. However for the last one year i am not able to run ECG. I have got the watch replaced twice - it works for a week and then it stops. The watch screen shows erratic bars without even touching the crown. It goes on for a while and gets reset. Sometimes - it records for 3o seconds and reports poor recording. One tell tale sign of it not working is that the heart rate shown on the top left of the ECG app does not show any number. Have anyone got similar issues. Any resolution ?

In case you haven't tried this already:

To rule out a software issue inside your backup data, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device. You will only lose your created Watch faces and may have to activate the cards in your Wallet app again.

Then test the ECG feature again.
