I forgot my Apple passcode and password and had to go through factory reset to restore password and set up new passcode. However to restore access to Apple Cash is required to enter your old passcode. How I can get access to Apple Cash?

No, I restored access to my existed apple account. I was able to retrieve contacts and my images after the factory reset. When I am trying to set up access to Apple Cash the message popped up:1. Enter your passcode - I entered my current one. 2. Message: to restore your access you need to enter your old passcode. And there is an option to restore. But I know my current passcode and I am afraid to go through this process since I don’t understand the impact for current set up.
Apple Cash is associated with your Apple Account. You need to recover your Apple Account and create a new password for the account. It sounds like you chose to just create a new Apple Account.
