Password reset problem without an Apple device

Hi everyone!

I had two Apple accounts. I managed to access one with great difficulty, but I can't access the other one at all. When I try to reset my password, it only asks if I can do it from an Apple device. But I don't have any Apple devices right now. How can I access this account from my computer? Can you help me?
