iMessage phone number activation stuck, 'Signed Out' error

Hello,




I am having an issue activating iMessage with my phone number.


iMessage works correctly with my Apple ID email, but my phone number stays on “Waiting for activation”.




My carrier line is active and paid, international SMS is enabled, and my date & time settings are set automatically.




I am also receiving a message saying:


“iMessage is Signed Out. An error occurred and my account was signed out of iMessage.”


This sign-out happened automatically, not by me.




I believe my phone number may be temporarily blocked or restricted on Apple’s iMessage/FaceTime activation servers due to failed activation attempts.




Could you please check the status of my phone number and help remove any blocks or restrictions so I can activate iMessage with my number?
