iOS 26 Update not working

I need to update the iOS 26.2 on my iPhone 11Pro and it won’t let me. It is compatible with the update, but it immediately goes to “update requested” and then freezes there. It doesn’t even try to download. I have connected it to my PC and the update doesn’t show up for me to select it there. There is no iOS 26 file to delete. I have restarted my phone, been fully charged, waited for hours, I have good wifi, reset my network settings. I have tried every option I can find on the internet, but nothing works. Please help!
