Overload warnings in Logic Pro

Ever since I upgraded from an iMac to a Mac Studio, I get overload warnings while trying to record in Logic Pro. I have no other apps open, I have plenty of RAM, I set my IO buffer to 32. And I have all my plug-ins disabled. Any ideas?
