Connectivity issue with Apple TV

I have an Apple 4K TV 2nd generation. It keeps losing connectivity causing buffering and loss of signal. It is not my ISP or router. I can watch v

from my MacBook Pro and iPad without an issue and can stream same service on my LG tv without issues. I have rebooted everything, ISP sent a tech and no issues except the Apple TV. I even did a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Any ideas?
