Macbook Pro M3 Pro screen blurry/black screen

Hello everyone. I want to ask a about the problem in my macbook. Context:

Macbook pro series laptop M3 pro chip, the laptop has been used for about 1.5 years. Yesterday I used it to watch youtube and suddenly the screen was blank/burry but the laptop was still on. I have applied the tutorial method on the internet, but it still doesn't work. I attached a picture to give more interpretability about the problem. I also have connected it to the hdmi external monitor, and all I had was the mac background.

Does anyone know the cause and reason why the screen is black screen/blurry? Then what is the solution?

—Have you shut down and restarted?

—A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

Looks like the display failed...

Distorted Window:

It might the be window or the entire app that is distorted, rather than the entire Mac. So, see if either the following works...

A. Create a New Desktop:

Hold the fingers down on the trackpad. Then, swipe up. Click the "X" on each window as they appear from the left. Use the new desktop that remains., making a new one, if necessary on the face-gjer edge of the Desktop list.

B. Force Quit Web Browser Apps:

Simultaneously hold down: [option + command + esc]

One at a time, select the app, and then click Force Quit Button on bottom-right corner of screen. Start with all Web Browsers, as they may be playing this YouTube video.
