Hello Apple Support, I recently requested a refund for a charge that was deducted from my Visa card. The refund was processed, but instead of being returned to my card, the amount was credited to my Apple ID balance. I would like to kindly request

Apple might credit your balance instead if the card is no longer in service and the bank cannot trace it to an alternative one.
